Dr. David J. Frederick is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Christ Lit Tabernacle (CLT Ministries). He has been saved and in the ministry for over thirty (30) years and Pastoring for eleven (12) years. He is married to Dr. Shonte Frederick, with two adult children Jade, Dashawn, and one late son, Jermaine: in addition to, four grandchildren.

Dr. David Frederick studied Biblical Studies and World Religion at Chowan College 1986 and Wake Technical Community College 1994. Dr. David Frederick educational attainments are Doctorate of Christian Counseling, Master of Christian Counseling, and Bachelor of Theology.

In 1991, he was ordained, as an Elder by the leadership of Apostle Walter Barbour of Victory Faith Center of Goldsboro, NC, an Associate Minister in 2004 at Juniper Level Missionary Baptist Church of Garner, NC, and in 2007 an Elder by way of Bishop Anthony W. Slater of Tehillah Church Ministries; in addition to, joining Living In Favor Global Network with Bishop Dennis Golphin in 2008. In 2013, Dr. David Frederick and CLT Ministries joined under the Covenant Care Pastor of Apostle Dr. Herman and Pastor Dr. Mary Hemby and was ordained as Pastor.

Dr. David Frederick has served in many areas of ministry such as an Elder, Associate Minister, Intercessory Prayer Leader, Armor Barrier, a Leader on the Prophetic Cabinet (in the Office of a Prophet), Bible Study Teacher, Nursing Home Ministry Leader, Leader of the Street Ministry, and Parking Lot Attendant.

He is the Founder of CLT Outreach Ministries, President of CLT Kids Cave Camp Program, Vice President of the C.O.U.S. program (a non-profit organization for at risk youth), Owner of The Frederick Group LLC, and Co-Founder of Frederick Services and Frederick Cleaning Services LLC. Dr. David Frederick worked for Eaton Corporation for 12 years. He stands as a MAN after GOD's own heart who believes that Jesus is Lord. Christ Lit Tabernacle vision is to empower, equip, and enlighten the saints, by giving unto them the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Jesus Christ.
